At Park & Fifth, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
